Privacy Policy

This page explains the information used by the MM Oxygen Services website.

Orders, rental requests and accounts

Checkout collects the contact, billing and delivery details needed to process your order or unpaid equipment request. WooCommerce stores this information on the website. An account, if created, displays your orders and saved details.

Payments

An available online payment provider processes payment details through its checkout. No online payment is taken for unpaid requests. Do not send card details or payment credentials by WhatsApp.

Delivery quotes

When the Delhivery quote service is connected and a parcel is eligible, the website sends the origin and destination PIN codes, packed shipment measurements and payment type to request a courier estimate. Quote requests do not automatically book a courier shipment.

Cart and enquiries

WooCommerce uses session cookies to remember your cart. Enquiry forms prepare a WhatsApp message for you to review and send. Information you send through WhatsApp is also handled by that service.
