Terms of Service

MM Oxygen Services supplies medical equipment and home-care accessories in Kolkata and surrounding areas.

Online purchases

Eligible products can be ordered at the displayed WooCommerce purchase price. Review the equipment, quantity, delivery address, delivery option and total before submitting checkout. Products marked Purchase quote require a quotation.

Purchase delivery

Purchase delivery within Kolkata is free. For other locations, eligible parcels use the Delhivery shipping estimate plus ₹100 handling per order when a courier quote is available. The shipping option and amount are displayed at checkout. Unconfirmed packing, unavailable courier service, cylinders and equipment needing special transport require a separate delivery quote. An unpaid quote request does not promise delivery or accept an unconfirmed delivery charge.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available for confirmed purchase orders. Online payment is available only when the payment provider is connected and offered at checkout. No payment is taken for an unpaid order request. Our team must agree any pending delivery quote with you before dispatch.

Rental requests

Rental selections can be submitted through this website as unpaid requests. Displayed rental charges, refundable deposits, requested dates and delivery estimates require confirmation. A request does not reserve equipment or form a confirmed rental booking. Our team confirms availability and the final rental, deposit, delivery, return, cancellation and refund arrangements before any payment or dispatch. Carts containing both rental and purchase items follow this unpaid request process.

Equipment details and support

Confirm the exact model, included accessories, suitability, warranty and product-specific return or cancellation arrangements with our team. Reference photographs and unconfirmed model specifications are identified on the product page.
