Rental & Deposit Policy

Submit an equipment rental request through the website. No online payment is taken until MM Oxygen confirms the equipment and final arrangements with you.

Before accepting a rental

• Confirm the equipment model, availability, rental dates and rental charge.
• Agree the refundable deposit, delivery and setup requirements.
• Agree return, cancellation, inspection and deposit-refund arrangements before payment or dispatch.

Rental delivery estimates

New Town, Salt Lake, Rajarhat and Dum Dum have a ₹200 delivery estimate. For other locations, distance bands from our Sulonguri Road dispatch address are: up to 10 km ₹200; over 10 km to 20 km ₹300; over 20 km ₹400. Our team verifies the delivery location and distance. Where an exact route is not verified, the website shows a ₹200–₹400 estimate requiring confirmation. Distant locations require confirmation before delivery.

Unpaid requests

The calculator separates the estimated rental charge and refundable deposit. Any delivery amount shown at checkout is also an estimate. An unpaid request does not reserve equipment or guarantee a delivery date. Fixed-term rentals do not renew automatically. A cart containing rental and purchase items remains an unpaid request until confirmed.
